the term natural foods imply foods which are possibly away from artificial processing,added
flavours,artificial colours,sweetners and any other such presevatives.simply to say food which is completely on its natural state.rather associated with any other such materials mentioned earlier.
here iam not gonna!avert you from any processed or artificial or any such foods like fast foods and junk foods that we take on daily basis.in terms of origin i'd mostly relate it with the foods of organic farming rather than convetional type.but not exactly all organic food is natural it depends on your quality of preparation and eating habits&types.but 80 % of organic food is far near to aquire all natural benefits of food.
since the modern agriculture uses a lot of chemical and all such for increased production and eradication of crop bugs.wondering! may know whats on my food?
 questions may arise weather you should only buy organic/natural foods else? well! not probably everyone can afford it or many of might even with no abundancy of avaibility.for those who can i would suggest preffer organic food in stores near you.and for those who can't i would say (ref.healthy food options) make atleast a diet plan where make sure you take trusted food which is of likely organic as well why not having a plan to make a pie chart on your diet part.where having 50% (never mined if it is more than, that thats a great score) of your food which is of natural rather blend of with all those crappy presevatives and abnormal spices slathered with oils and rosted up and all,hey! its nothing like eating the plants or twigs unprocessed

      and raw food plan is also considered in the context of natural foods as it will help you aquire the full benefits of fresh fruits and vegetable.as well as grains grwing pulses bean seeds will togeather make perfect natural diet plan provided with moderation and quality of preparation

                       what i would like to present about the natural foods is let you know the role of it.with anticipating the future of health.in simple terms  have a food which is possibly away from substances that are of less significant in improving its natural nutritional worth rather making it exactly opposite sometimes.to be clear always blend your food with which we are mouch aware that they will do good to us. let us find more about these natural foods.

well our human body is pre -programmed with a genetic code provided we fuel it with what it requires.in this busy world what is required for a balanced health.

1)we must breath cleaner air and water..
2) have sufficient sleep
3) to be in balanced state with mental stress
4) excercise keep body clean
and finally to manage and survive and do all things food is required
most importantly natural food and healthy food is required .

3.fresh vegetable& fruit salads(preffer organic)

4.calory moderate dishes with fresh ,thoroghly cleaned meat,chicken
5.cow milk

7.organic fruit juices&salads
8.wheat grass ,organic aloevera.
9.powdered grains(jowar,bajra& corn)
10.ready to serve soup mixs( organic)
