organic farming

organic farming

the eco-friendly and sustainable system of farming called organic farming has been around since ancient times, today it is slowly becoming popular again .it involves maintaining the quality of the soil and using biolgical material for pest control.
no artificial and chemical inputs such as fertilisers ,are used instead ,organic material ,such as animal, farmand aquatic waste ,as well as other biological inputs ,are used to enrich the soil. the crops are also rotated to preserve soil quality.however yields from organic farming are lower and the production is more expensive than that of conventional type of farming.

in the context of natural foods i could say organic foods can obsolutely be quite natural to take.with adequate amounts of nutrients and of negligible harm to the health.as the idea of organic farming is to work with nature and not against it.so considering all natural foods in our content atleast a few times  a week. is much needed.you can read my article about natural foods which are not from organic farming but feel organic will be really useful for you.as they available easily on a daily basis affordably.

as mentioned ealier organic food stores can be an other source for natural foods if you could afford. finally for a better thing if you could try organic farming at small corners of soil around your corridors. to get some natural foods frequently be well informed with the sources available around you as well on internet about organic farming methods ,if your in village or a farmer can have wide choices and scope for farming beyond convetional type can make your own food as desired by all these eco-friendly methods.
