hello! regarding healthy food options i would point out a small list which usually does'nt strongly be bought organic or you need not bother much about its content in terms of negative side.well i said few times before that the significance of natural foods content in our menu,and said how natural foodsand healthy food options are made arranged is that either they must be organic or produced of natural habitat either in forests or in our home garden,but as known organic food is the one which is not so affordable to one and all these days up cource most of our locations have presence of organic food stores.

and coming to the point here i would suggest a few foods which are easily available and need not strongly be  organic produced as they themsleves relatively less attract pests and can show descent production in every crop.interstingly they are mostly quite natural. to take. you can have them with proper recipes.

1.coconut:
 coconut is a strong drynut.one of a great healthy food options with delicious  matter inside its endocorp(inner layer) a rich source of all the essential nutrients. i've been hearing buzz around the importance of raw coconut but i never had an inight on it.
interstingly coconut provides us all sorts of needs drinking,cooking,raw food,oils,and medicines,
coconut coir is used in wide variety of benefits in our daily life.
coconut per 100 grams containes energy around 350k.cal.and it is a rich source of  minerals like iron,calcium and potassium and it is suggested that coconut is cholesterol free. hence in many cases coconut sugar is used for dieabetic patients and heart patients as a sugar substitute. coconut oil is used in variuos health benefits of head ,hair and for better brain fucnctioning, coconut water is a rich source of vitamin b-6 and A.dietary fiber is another important part of it.

it is naturally away from pests hence no affect of pesticides is considered.its hard nut makes it to trsut.

few ways to add coconut  to your healthy food options  :

use coconut oil instead edible oils at times
use coconut oil for hair massges and body as makes u shine
have coconut milk in your creamy foods
take a few chips of raw coconut alternate days around 200-300 grams(aproxx)
take coconut water early in the morning for naturally moisturising effect.s

2.avacado
avacado is a popular mexican fruit. this is another natural foods out there which i do not strongly recommend buying organic as its furry body naturally averts pests and containts minute fractions of pestside residues in it.you can buy it usually at corners around your streets
avacado containes grand nutrient values it is  rich source of dietary fiber and vitamin B-6.and it is ano cholesterol food with rich in vitamin-C.

however like few foods avacado is with some fat you need to take it with moderation.
have regular avacado in salads
try avacado masks for beautiul skin.

3.sprouted seeds:
 these are another easy source of natural foods you can aquire in your kitchen. a great healthy food options out there prout beens,jovar and wheat and moong dal they can be eaten with vriety of recipes .sprouted sojjalu is one of the best source of high energy.
 
you can have them either raw or half boiled way alongside something you like.these foods are rich in protiens,complex carbohydrates with essential vita.like niacin,thiamin as well as iron,possium,selenium ect.
and have good medicinal values naturally whic fight against a few deseases  especially cancers like prostrate cancers ect ( generally common in women.)

you can easily sprout them over night but before you must wash them with salty water and use clean washed cotton piece for it.

have them 50 gr. eachi n the early morning break fast for better results. use sprouted moong for preparation of vada with less masalas and blen with green chillies and onion.
